The original website of OLDCC was challenging for potential grantee applicants to navigate. As a lead designer and researcher, my role was to identify key structural barriers to ensure effortless navigation and 508 accessibility compliance.
Organizing content around the needs of residents.
Worked on redesigning and restructuring the Phoenix.gov website to better serve its audiences—residents, businesses, and visitors—by organizing essential services around user-centric journeys.
Optimizing energy savings for Virginia.
Constructed quantitative and qualitative research plans, mapping key user paths from first-time energy conservation awareness to smart home thermostat integrations. Built clean visual charts that guide diverse audiences toward direct saving options.
